At BDEA, we believe that school and community should be connected through resource and information sharing, networking, and community-building. Through partnerships, school and community events, and service projects, our students learn to be active and informed citizens, giving them the tools advocate for justice and become engaged members in their communities. By sharing our mission with the Boston community and beyond, we invite every member to invest in alternative education as an effective vehicle to ensure that each one of our young people has the tools and resources acquired by a quality education.

We welcome and encourage visitors at our events to learn more about our students and our mission. Please revisit this page often to learn more about our events, or contact Nastasia for more information!
