Joanna Taylor

Joanna joined BDEA at the start of the 2008-2009 school year. She has taught at New Mission High School, and also worked at the South Street Youth Center. Joanna's Humanities classes focus on making connections: students connect time frames, cultures, and explore how lessons connect to their everyday lives and their communities. Joanna holds a B.A. from Swarthmore College, and an M.A. from University of Massachusetts in Boston through the Teacher Residency Program.
