Brian Connor
Brian joined the BDEA faculty in 2007. His previous work experience includes working as an Audio Editor/Engineer at SoundScape Studios, and as the Assistant Manager of Aquatics and the Head Swim Coach at the YMCA in Brighton, MA. Brian completed the Boston Teacher's Residency Program, where he taught 8th grade at the McCormack Middle School in Dorchester. Brian's math classes are geared toward helping students learn to think logically and problem-solve, building a foundation for them to solve logical problems as they move on to higher education and careers. Currently, he is working with his math classes to build bookshelves using measurement skills. The bookshelves will hold a classroom library. Brian holds a B.M. in Audio Production and Engineering from Berklee College of Music, and an M.Ed. from the University of Massachusetts in Boston.
